01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ReviewQR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and affiliates who access or use the Service.
02User Accounts & Responsibility
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
- You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
- You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security.
- Accounts are for single-business or single-entity use unless otherwise specified.
03Subscriptions & Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.
Free Plans
No-cost access with limited features. ReviewQR reserves the right to modify free tier limits at any time.
Premium Plans
Full access to advanced analytics, custom QR designs, and higher scan limits as per the selected plan.
04Affiliate Program Terms
Our Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions for successful referrals.
- Commission:Earned only on successful, paid subscriptions from new users you refer.
- Payouts:Processed monthly, subject to a minimum threshold and a verification period.
- Restrictions:No spamming, no self-referrals, and no misleading advertising. Violation leads to instant ban and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
05Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ReviewQR and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ReviewQR.
06Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ReviewQR, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
07Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
